Data Entry Analyst - Purchasing

Louisa Food Products, Inc. is looking for a Data Entry Analyst - Purchasing to work for its family-owned St. Louis based manufacturing facility. We are looking for a highly organized, self-starter with a desire to learn about the pasta manufacturing industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Function as part of a team that partners with Operations, Culinary, and Quality
• Order, schedule, and maintain inventory of ingredients while considering production requirements, vendor lead times, and economic order opportunities
• Ensure ingredient inventory is properly accounted for at the correct location
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting
• Source new ingredients for our custom recipes
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, in Business or related field
• High level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics
• Excellent organization and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate in a professional manner and comfortable dealing with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and openness to changing priorities
• Self-starter who takes initiative, acts with urgency and is solution oriented
