Line Lead - Mixing Room

LINE LEAD IN PRODUCTION MIXING ROOM - 2ND SHIFT

$19.00 PER HOUR - UP TO $300 SIGN-ON BONUS

Louisa Food Products, Inc. is seeking an effective 2nd Shift Mixing Lead who will be responsible for the ensuring the mixing room runs smoothly and paperwork is completed correctly.

2nd Shift hours for this position are 3pm to 12am. PLEASE NOTE: Training will on 1st shift 6am to 3pm for approximately 30 days.

Responsibilities:

• The Mixing Lead is over a small crew of employees. The lead ensures all procedures are completed in a safe manner.
• Ensures all equipment is in good working condition and contacts the supervisor or maintenance as needed.
• Organizes the workload and assigns employees in positions as needed. Ensures employees are utilized properly.
• Receives and reconciles ingredients.
• Work with the production floor leads and supervisor for daily production of goods.
• Reviews production assistants paperwork; gives end of day summary and paperwork to supervisor.
• Other duties as needed.
